In celebration of World Ocean Day (this Sunday, June 8th), La Mer (whose creams are in a luxury category allll their own), is celebrating their sea heritage by donating $100,000 to Oceana to help fund global initiatives and support their mission of ocean conservation!
Oceana is the largest international ocean advocacy group and they have some big-name spokespeople (Ted Danson, Amber Valletta, Sam Waterston…), and La Mer has been supporting the organization's wonderful mission for years! The actually had a fab event in celebration of World Ocean Day with stars like Rosario Dawson, Michelle Trachtenberg, Monique Mazer, and model Alek Wek coming out to show their support!
They've also come-up with a special Creme de la Mer wrap, which is an in-store animation La Mer designed for World Ocean Day -- Treat yourself while you support Oceana's mission to preserve our oceans' beauty and health, as you celebrate World Ocean Day this Sunday, June 8th!
